  • Roof sheathing is 7/16” OSB

  • Pitched (6/12) roof with asphalt shingles

  • Soffit, Facia, and Eavestrough is pre-finished aluminum

  • Painting is to be one coat prime with two additional coats of eggshell latex paint.  All interior woodwork to be primed and painted with two coats of semi-gloss latex
